FHL designs welding fixtures and equipment in-house, backed by 20+ years of know-how. Technologies include AWI, CO and resistance welding. Based on yearly demand, we can automate using robots. Output per shift: resistance welding up to 3100 pcs, CO robot welding up to 500 pcs, CO manual welding up to 300 pcs.

We operate 2 ovens for steel and 1 for stainless steel products. For aluminium, heat is applied in a more concentrated way for a shorter period. All brazing fixtures are designed and produced in-house. Output per shift: steel 18500 pcs, stainless steel 1400 pcs. Manual brazing: 70 pcs. Two-stop table: 200 pcs. Rotary table: 450 pcs.
Preparing lengths for our processes with a diameter range of 6–55 mm. RSA cutting centres are used for straight tubes. SMI straightens and cuts aluminium tubes received as coils. Output: up to 10000 cuts per shift.
FHL stamps brackets and consoles in-house in a dedicated production hall. Stamping force range: 25 to 200 tons. We produce components from small brackets to complex consoles and stiffening plates. Parts are washed and de-burred in-house. Raw material thickness: 1–3 mm.
